My name is Cheryl. My friend Dorena has 5 kids. Her husband has left her and just got out of jail. he is not allowed to go back home or around the kids.This poor girl is in need of help for christmas among other things.I sent her $25 last week but that was all I could afford. If anyone needs any info on her to verify please let me know and I will give it to you. Salvation Army paid her rent up to date but they cant help her on lights because the lights are in her husbands name and her name has to be on the account.She signed up on food stamps but dont know when she will get them.I called plenty of churches for her but they all said they give their funds to the EOA office. So I called them and they said that they have no funds. Strange huh? She is all alone with these kids. If needed I can give you her landlords name and phone number.Her mother lives in Atlanta but she doesnt have anything to do with Dorena or her kids.Soooo sad.Her sister lives with her boyfriend and they dont work. They just bum bum bum.If anyone can help her with anything please let me know.Her kids are girl-14,boy-8,girl-6,girl-5,and girl-2.They all are so precious.All with red hair like their mother except the boy-Johnathan. And he has brown hair. They all have the same daddy. She started so very young. But she is such a good mother. I love her and them kids to death.Her daddy died when she was small. I feel so sorry for her. I am trying to get her some help for christmas. It doesnt matter what it is or how much because anything is better than nothing. So if any of you can find it in your heart to help my friend please please let me know and I will give you whatever info you need and want.
